Thank you for visiting my little site.

I am a relative newcomer to the hobbies of model railroading and RR photography.

I started building my own small HO scale layout in 2012. That hobby piqued my interest in the history of UP and BNSF in the SE Wyoming area.

One thing led to another, and  about 2015 I started following tracks around SE Wyoming, SW Nebraska and NE Colorado.

During the past three years, I have come to realize what a gold mine this area is for RR history and photography.  For instance, almost every railfan knows about the UP yard in Cheyenne, but the list of hobbyists who know about the small BNSF yard we have here is much shorter.
